    I am surprised that this Sbucks does not get better reviews. When I lived in Gresham it was the one I perfered to go to. The drive thru would get kinda crazy in the morning, but it is a drive thru coffe shop in the morning.....they get busy. I would usually just go in and you can get much quicker service if you are not lazy. They make a good "starbucks" coffee. Since the are all so standardized you dont get much craftmanship in your coffee, but I have been to many Sbucks that are shitty, this one is not shitty. I always had good customer service too, I mean if you are a jerk as a barista you are missing out on mad cash. A decent place to grab a cup if you are in need.

    We stopped there yesterday for a quick Panini lunch just because it was handy. Ordered a couple of Panini's (Ham & Swiss) for a quick lunch. Everything was going fine until a couple of the guys behind the counter decided to play catch with one of the Panini's and a third guy decided knocking it to the ground would be 'cool'. He actually got upset when I said I wanted one that hadn't touched the floor!!! I've never seen Starbucks workers be so rude and childish before, and even though we live down the street we won't be going back there again!

    Been stuck in the drive through now for over 10+mins and were blocked in. We didn't order our drinks yet and we weren't late, I'm guessing this is going to be a 20 min drive through ugh.

    I ordered a couple drinks and experienced a smart, sassy rude cashier attitude when I asked if he put in regular or skim milk for the 1st drink I ordered because, it wasn't until the 2nd drink I ordered that he asked what kind of milk. When you go into Starbucks you expect a polite cashier who shows that they care about your experience and satisfaction not only with the order but, with the service they provide. Due to the experience I had today I'd rather go out of my way and go inside Fred Meyers.

    Coffee always turns out great and the service is fast my favorite drink they have everyday out of the year is the peppermint mocha yum

    Surprised to see all the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and never had bad service. Basically, it's your standard overpriced Starbucks coffee experience.

    Not the best Starbucks I have been too. I drink Starbucks a lot and know what I like to order. When they mess up a simple drink, its pretty bad (and it's not one of those long confusing orders, just a simple white chocolate mocha, and I get a vanilla something. The service here wasn't t great either, the associates just talking to each other, not caring about the numerous customers waiting in the lobby. I'm bound to go into the Fred Meyer and order my coffee there next time.

    Love their unsweetened black iced tea and cinnamon dolce, always up beat and friendly staff and always very timely in your drive through experience.

    Possibly the worst service ever. Went through the drive through and the lady taking our order, had less than no patience. She almost in the same breath said, "hi welcome to Starbucks," and "if you were planning to order soon, let me know." That was followed up by "well you are taking too long to say anything, so just come to the window if you need something else."

    I will definately not pick a Starbucks if I have another choice. But typically the people that work there are friendly enough...they aren't the reason why the drinks cost so much. But please don't be snarky with me and the other customers...she was asking a very reasonable question. Go take a chill pill

    I rarely go to Starbucks and this visit just provides me another reason not to go. I went through the drive-thru and the blonde cashier was petting a dog in the car in front of me, letting the dog drink water out of a lid from her hands. I get to the window and after she greets me, she just rinses her hands quickly with water. NO SOAP! Then she repeats my order and got it completely wrong. After remaking my order... She asked if I had paid by card...I had given her a $20 bill. She says, oh yeah you did..this must be the last person's receipt. Completely unorganized and unsanitary! Perhaps she had that cute little dog on her scattered mind...she certainly still had it still on her hands! GROSS!
